Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be confident ordering the right part the first time. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To start a return, contact us at [customer service email] with your order number and the reason for return.
Some items can't be returned unless faulty, including:
- Electrical parts once installed or wired
- Gaskets, seals, or items removed from sealed packaging
- Parts that have been fitted or show signs of installation or use
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item, or we've sent the wrong part, contact us straight away with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and we'll cover return shipping costs in these cases.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns (ordered the wrong part, no longer needed), the item must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Because many of our parts are model- and year-specific, please check the compatibility information on the product page carefully before ordering. See our [Compatibility Disclaimer] below — orders placed for the wrong model or year are treated as change-of-mind returns.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
